This flat rate brokerage charges agents only a broker admin fee for each transaction. 

This flat fee is: 

$500 per residential transaction

$1000 per commercial transaction

Financially Free LLC was designed to be a fun and happy workplace, where investors can work together to build their own portfolios as well as help other investors to buy and sell. The flat fee allows investors to do their own deals and use their own commissions to assist with their downpayment, rather than paying big splits to their brokerage.
