 Alexandra created this company for like-minded investors that want to create a life of freedom for themselves through investing in real estate.

Throughout her years in real estate, Alexandra has helped hundreds of clients buy and sell homes, multifamily properties, and commercial buildings. She has managed many projects through the construction process and has accumulated a substantial portfolio herself, consisting of houses, apartments, commercial buildings, strip mall, and now is venturing into office space. Her portfolio expands through the Midwest in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa and Illinois.  

Alexandra understands the challenges that tenants, investors and landlords face and prides herself in deal structuring and finding a way to find win-win situations for both buyers and sellers, tenants and landlords. 

TJ is a licensed realtor in Minnesota. He comes with a strong background in coaching, business ownership and real estate investing. After 5 years of working for an employer to start his

career, he started his own business in 2019. The skills he has learned in starting and growing his business have been crucial in making his   way into the real estate industry. It was after his first year as a full-time business owner that he quickly realized the potential of how real estate investing could exponentially grow wealth over time.

His primary focus has been investing in single family and small multifamily units. He has experience with house hacking, short, mid, and long term rentals, and with self-managing his portfolio. He will use these experiences to lead clients through the home/investment

buying/selling process to help them see how it can set them on a path to financial freedom through cash flow, principal pay-down, tax benefits, appreciation, and the many other ways that real estate ownership can improve their livelihoods.

Vineel Vallapureddy began his real estate career in 2008 and brings nearly two decades of experience across both the investor and brokerage sides of the industry. His background spans office and residential real estate, with hands-on experience overseeing the development of new-build apartment communities and managing projects from an investor’s perspective. In addition to his operational and development expertise, Vineel has also invested as a Limited Partner alongside other investors, giving him a well-rounded understanding of real estate from multiple vantage points. 

Today, he combines that experience in his work as an agent, specializing in investment real estate and helping clients identify, evaluate, and execute strategic investment opportunities.
