Alexandra created this company for like-minded investors that want to create a life of freedom for themselves through investing in real estate.

Throughout her years in real estate, Alexandra has helped hundreds of clients buy and sell homes, multifamily properties, and commercial buildings. She has managed many projects through the construction process and has accumulated a substantial portfolio herself, consisting of houses, apartments, commercial buildings, strip mall, and now is venturing into office space. Her portfolio expands through the Midwest in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa and Illinois.

Alexandra understands the challenges that tenants, investors and landlords face and prides herself in deal structuring and finding a way to find win-win situations for both buyers and sellers, tenants and landlords.

Originally from Eau Claire, Wi, Hannah moved to Minnesota for college and has been here nearly ever since. Hannah has a Bachelor’s in Applied Science from the University of Minnesota Rochester and worked in a hospital before switching full time to real estate.

Hannah brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role as Acquisition Specialist and Operations Manager at Financially Free LLC. With a successful track record of owning and managing her own properties in Minneapolis, Hannah is now venturing into commercial real estate acquisitions. TJ is a licensed realtor in Minnesota. He comes with a strong background in coaching, business ownership and real estate investing. After 5 years of working for an employer to start his

career, he started his own business in 2019. The skills he has learned in starting and growing his business have been crucial in making his way into the real estate industry. It was after his first year as a full-time business owner that he quickly realized the potential of how real estate investing could exponentially grow wealth over time.

His primary focus has been investing in single family and small multifamily units. He has experience with house hacking, short, mid, and long term rentals, and with self-managing his portfolio. He will use these experiences to lead clients through the home/investment

buying/selling process to help them see how it can set them on a path to financial freedom through cash flow, principal pay-down, tax benefits, appreciation, and the many other ways that real estate ownership can improve their livelihoods.

Diana Ukraintseva

Diana Ukraintseva is a licensed real estate agent in Minnesota. With a legal background, Diana is trained to work with documents and government regulations. She is accurate and detail-oriented. Diana holds a master's degree in law from Ukraine and is currently a LL.M student in the US law school.

Diana has traveled to various countries, mostly in Europe, and speaks English, Ukrainian, and Russian fluently. She enjoys exploring new cultures and meeting new people.

Diana made the decision to pursue a career in real estate, utilizing her wealth of experience and her passion for helping others. Noura Kassem

Noura started her career as an agent in buying and selling real estate right out of highschool, but then put a pause on her full time real estate adventure to finish her college education at the University of Minnesota where she graduated with her Bachelor’s in Art. While in college, she continued working for a few property management companies, where she gained a successful track record of leasing and managing properties.

After college, she continued working in property management and again as a realtor, looking with clients for value-add deals in the Twin Cities. From her experiences, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a commitment to delivering exceptional services. She is a rigorous worker and an innovative thinker and understands the ins and outs of investment properties and tenant relations.

Rocky// Animal Specialist and Donations Advocate

Utilizing his handsome looks and determination, Rocky has advocated for his fellow animals and has convinced the team to donate 5% of all net profits to his friends at Mission Animal Hospital. A big thanks to Rocky from pups all over Minnesota!
