Alexandra Haider//Broker/Investor and CEO
Alexandra created this company for like-minded investors that want to create a life of freedom for themselves through investing in real estate.
Throughout her years in real estate, Alexandra has helped hundreds of clients buy and sell homes, multifamily properties, and commercial buildings. She has managed many projects through the construction process and has accumulated a substantial portfolio herself, consisting of houses, apartments, commercial buildings, strip mall, and now is venturing into office space. Her portfolio expands through the Midwest in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa and Illinois.
Alexandra understands the challenges that tenants, investors and landlords face and prides herself in deal structuring and finding a way to find win-win situations for both buyers and sellers, tenants and landlords.
MyHanh Le- Realtor and Investor
Recently moving back to the cities from California, Myhanh had been in the banking business for over 20 years before becoming an agent. Fourteen of those years were spent as a commercial lender with Wells Fargo so she is very familiar with the ins and outs of the lending world.
More recently, in 2017, she decided to begin investing in real estate herself and has built a successful investment portfolio consisting primarily of Airbnbs and short-term rentals. She recently began working as a realtor to help others find their dream properties and has been loving getting to know clients and helping them to achieve their own goals, whether it be an investment or their primary residence.
Hannah Baumgartner//Operations Manager and Acquisitions Specialist
Originally from Eau Claire, Wi, Hannah moved to Minnesota for college and has been here nearly ever since. Hannah has a Bachelor’s in Applied Science from the University of Minnesota Rochester and worked in a hospital before switching full time to real estate.
Hannah brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role as Acquisition Specialist and Operations Manager at Financially Free LLC. With a successful track record of owning and managing her own properties in Minneapolis, Hannah is now venturing into commercial real estate acquisitions.
